this shall be a post on the holidays. firstly update on whats been going on in my life ^^1) shooting camp was rather fun got to know quite a lot of seniors was slacker than expected2) OVERNIGHT CYCLING so fun immediately after shooting camp haha cycle from church to east coast and back then to sentosa from 10pm - 5am( around there) outcome: fun, butt ache, thumbache and a good breakfast/supper3) JG camp (next week)4) miscellaneous eventsok now comes the fun part the PROBLEM with the holidayslet me first start by defining the word HOLIDAY. holiday- any day of exemption from work this is the recognised definition of the word holiday from www.dictionary.com but by how much is this what is actually happening? the school gives us a period of 2 months as a break from schooling and call this a "holiday" but if you asked me this is utter bullshit. forgive my use of language but this is what it truly is. a day of exemption from work. this is a rather simple and easy to follow guideline. but the utter incompetence of those who call themselves teachers leads to this 2 month period becoming a time where students are supposed to STUDY at home and do WORK. the utter incompetence of this race of teachers had led to the destruction of once respected family time and self reflecting time.thus as is explained this 2 month period of time is actually just a ploy by the school to trick us into thinking we are actually free from torture and work.
